WELL, WE ARE BACK!

FROM FRIDAY 5TH JUNE 2020 OUR DOORS WILL BE RE-OPENING. THERE WILL BE STRICT PROTOCOLS AND GUIDELINES IN PLACE TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY AND THAT OF OUR STAFF. I ADVISE THAT THE COURTESY BUS WILL NOT BE RUNNING DURING THESE RESTRICTIONS.

MEMBERS ONLY WILL BE ADMITTED. ON ENTERING THE PREMISES YOU WILL NEED TO FOLLOW THE 1.5M RULING REGARDING SOCIAL DISTANCING.

YOU WILL BE ASKED WHETHER YOU HAVE HAD ANY COVID SYMPTOMS (COUGH, SORE THROAT ETC AND WHETHER YOU HAVE VISITED ANOTHER COUNTRY IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS.

YOUR DETAILS INCLUDING NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER WILL BE TAKEN DOWN AND YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD SWIPED. (This procedure is to ensure we have your correct details).

A HAND SANITISING STATION IS AVAILABLE TO USE BEFORE ENTERING THE LOUNGE AREA AND THROUGHOUT THE CLUB.

THERE ARE A FEW REGULATIONS THAT MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY AND FOR THE CONTINUANCE OF THE LIFTING OF RESTRICTIONS BY THE GOVERNMENTS.

PATRONS ARE TO REMAIN SEATED UNLESS GOING TO THE BAR, TAB OR KENO, OR USING THE FACILITIES. THERE IS TO BE NO CO-MINGLING BETWEEN GROUPS. NO MORE THAN 10 PATRONS ARE TO BE SEATED IN A GROUP.

BOOKINGS FOR THE MINERS LAMP RESTAURANT ARE ESSENTIAL AND CAN BE NO MORE THAN 10 TO A GROUP.

SEATING HAS BEEN ORGANISED AS PER THE 4SQ M RULE TO ABIDE BY THE DISTANCING LAWS. THESE CANNOT BE MOVED BY PATRONS.

PATRONS FROM THE SAME HOUSEHOLD DO NOT NEED TO ADHERE TO THE 1.5M RULE.

THERE WILL BE COVID MARSHALS ON DUTY TO POLICE THESE LAWS SO YOUR CO-OPERATION IS PARAMOUNT TO A SUCCESSFUL AND COVID FREE COMMUNITY AND TO ALLOW THE CONTINUATION OF THE CLUBS BEING ABLE TO STAY OPEN.

FRIDAY –  11AM TO 9.30PM         SATURDAY –  11AM TO 9.30PM         SUNDAY –  11AM TO 8.30PM

MONDAY  –  CLOSED       TUESDAY –  11AM TO 8.30PM       WEDNESDAY –  11AM TO 8.30PM

THURSDAY –  11AM TO 9.30PM

Situated 15 minutes from the Hunter Valley Wineries, 10 minutes east of Cessnock and just to the west of Kurri Kurri on the Maitland to Cessnock Road

We currently have over 3,500 members

Our Miner’s Lamp Restaurant provides great Australian and Asian Cuisine

We can cater for functions between 50 – 300 persons

We provide assistance to the local community wherever possible with substantial sponsorship for local sporting bodies and charitable organisations

We provide free weekly live entertainment and regular members’ promotions

We also offer fully licensed club facilities, a variety of dining areas and a relaxed and friendly environment
